Perfectly located for business and pleasure, our apartment is right in the epicentre of Athenian life, just by Syntagma Square, the city’s beating heart.
🏛️Set in a side street, the apartment is right next to the most central transport, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots, a few steps from picturesque Plaka and within walking distance of the Acropolis.
🛏️Our apartment can sleep up to two people.
There is one elegant bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The bedroom includes a Sealy mattress known for its superior support and comfort. Please keep in mind that this is a small apartment with just a window, with no view of the street.
It is not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia.
If you need something more than a good nights sleep, we recommend you choose another one of our apartments. Ermou Street, the epicentre of Athens’ shopping area is just a few steps away.
Kolonaki, the most upmarket Athenian spot with high end boutiques and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment as is the parliament and hub of Greece’s economic and political life.
Panathenaiko Stadium, Zappeion, the National Garden, Temple of Olympic Zeus and a host of museums are also within walking distance. An ideal spot to relax and enjoy the city, this cosy apartment will ensure you want to return to Athens time and again. You will be living in the middle of everything,at Syntgma in the heart of Athens! Metro Syntagma is just 5 min away on foot, hop in and explore Athens! Please note that there is no view from the bedroom window. Please note that there is a charge of €15 for a late check in between 21:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival. We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €30 payable before your arrival. Great location! Easy walking distance to the metro station, wonderful restaurant right around the corner, supermarket right across the street. Harry and Roman were excellent to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. I would easily stay here again.

Lovely little affordable property in a superb location. We walked to all of the historic sites as well as the metro. Very quiet but also a block from the wonderful energy of the evening and amazing restaurants. Had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great location and the hosts were very accommodating. The apartment matched the description. Just a few more towels would have been nice and a fitted sheet on the bed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
