Located in a former wine-producing farmhouse that has been in operation since the 19th century, A l'Ombre du Tilleul is a 30 m² cottage designed to comfortably accommodate two people.
Accessible via a raised ground floor, it boasts a warm and inviting interior where every space has been thoughtfully designed for the comfort of holidaymakers.
The bedroom features a 140 cm double bed. The bright living area combines a welcoming lounge space with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, freezer, washing machine, and everything you need to prepare your own meals.
A shower room completes the accommodation.
Electric heating, a television, and Wi-Fi ensure comfortable living in all seasons.
Outside, the garden with a barbecue provides the perfect setting to extend your evenings outdoors in a peaceful atmosphere.
Bed linen is included for your convenience.
Another 4-person cottage is also available for rent nearby (ref. 3410). Nestled between vineyards, charming villages, and sweeping panoramas of the Roanne plain, this vacation rental offers an exceptional setting for a true escape.

Heel fijn huis op een prachtige plek met lieve bewoners in de buurt.

Alles. De eigenaren die ons steeds wilde helpen met van alles zoals fietsen huren en ophalen vanaf het station omdat we met de trein waren. Fijn sfeervol huis met alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken, goed bed en bovenal een zwembad!
Alles was dik in orde!

Le manque de lave vaisselle qui est pourtant mentionné dans l'annonce et le lave linge qui se trouve dans le sous sol infesté de toile d'araignées.

Le gite est au calme, les propriétaires accueillant et restent discret.
La machine à laver est dans un sous sol un peu Veuillot et remplit de toile d'araignées, ce qui est un peu dérangeant.
