The central location allows for easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the city.
The address is in a bustling area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, providing guests with a vibrant and lively atmosphere to immerse themselves in during their stay. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Practical and conveniently located 3 bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! This apartment can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. 12 minutes walking distance to S.Bento metro station. Please note that the bedrooms are interior and do not have windows. Free Wifi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Buena ubicación, cerca de la Ribeira.
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, nada más entrar el olor ya echaba para atrás, habitaciones con olor a pies, alfombras completamente negras, toallas absolutamente inutilizables…Nos encontramos “restos” de otros inquilinos anteriores imagino. Muy desagradable la verdad…

The accommodation met the basics: it was comfortable and well located. However, there was a lack of toiletries,
there was a lack of toiletries. Despite this, the overall experience was positive and the host was friendly and approachable.
