Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Bolhão, is just a 4-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property. Note: The studio is located in a noisy busy street, which might be some normal city noise. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Located in downtown city centre with all main attractions within walking distance. Welcome to our home! Renewed studio, fully equipped and comfortable. 3 minutes walking distance to Bolhão metro station. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please note that the elevator is currently out of service.

Porto was chosen as “The City to Visit This Year” by Forbes 2017 and is a definite must-see city in Europe, even if it is just for a weekend break. It has a unique atmosphere with lovely neighbourhoods and large villas on narrow cobbled streets.
Porto is just the perfect size to explore on foot. You’ll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do Bolhão, or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city.

We stayed in the flat for a week, we were two and it was absolutely perfect, there is everything we needed, the location of the flat is perfect close to everything on foot and supermarkets 2minutes.
I would recommend 100%.

Good accommodation due to its location and price. Noisy, as mentioned in previous comments, due to single glazing and windows that do not close properly. Earplugs may be necessary. Heating system present. Clean and good communication with our host.
