We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Coimbra Station, is just a 6-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour and a half drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Good accommodation in the Baixa district of Coimbra. Everything was very clean.
On the downside, not the flat itself but the old building and the neighbourhood: difficult to get around with young children (not suitable for pushchairs) and a bit noisy at night.

This is a great spot for people arriving from Coimbra’s bus station. It’s within walking distance and located near excellent restaurants. The city’s main attractions are also nearby, although you will need to walk up some hills. Overall, a great apartment.

The apartment is perfect, clean and well prepared. The area is not so safe, since there's a close point where addicts get together. They won't disturb you if you don't disturb them, though. All the amenities work well and would definitely stay again.
